Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rochas Paint & Building Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Paint and materials that have been opened or custom mixed cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
